Methods of recruitment

The recruitment process is the core element of creation of human resources. Several stages of recruitment, adjusted individually to a particular position, are prior to selection of a candidate that matches specific criteria.

Taking part in our recruitment you can expect one or a few of the following methods:

Interview during which we usually ask about your education history, professional experience, interests, plans for the future, expectations towards the employer, etc.

Tests of knowledge and skills aiming to verify competencies required for a particular position, e.g. language tests, specialist knowledge tests, ability of logical thinking.

Performance trials are several hours of the candidate’s work on a position he is about to fulfill. The candidate has an opportunity to verify his expectations concerning the position and we are able to check his practical abilities.

Motivation and personality tests used in order to get to know a candidate more closely and more precisely specify his alignment with a job.

Practical tasks for individuals and groupsthat enable us to watch the candidates’ behavior and their methods of handling problems.

Assessment Centre sessions, which are a combination of the above presented methods and are carried in order to gain a complex knowledge concerning a candidate.
